Marvel Heroes Height Comparison Chart - Illustrated for HalloweenCostumes.com.

I always thought Storm was taller, but I guess it’s because she always wears heels? Though that doesn’t explain why the Thing often appears taller.
I thought it was interesting that the movie version of Rocket was much much shorter than the comics (he’s roughly the size of an actual raccoon), in comparison to Wolverine, who is much taller in the movies (Hugh Jackman is 6’2”).

I wrote this TMNT infographic for HalloweenCostumes.com, but check out these fantastic illustrations by Jacob Kuddes! You can see the full-size version here.

If you’re a Ninja Turtle fan, I highly recommend checking out Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Ultimate Visual History by Andrew Farago. I was expecting just an overview of things I already knew, but some of the behind-the-scenes details really surprised me.

I especially recommend it if you’re an aspiring comics pro (even if you’re not a TMNT fan), because it gives you a glimpse what other obstacles you’ll encounter even if you do dodge the initial pitfall of someone else owning your creation. You might not have lost the rights, but will you lose your passion, or maybe even lose your best friend?

The Mark Of Batman

An infographic for HalloweenCostumes.com tracing the evolution of the emblem worn on Batman’s chest. A companion piece to The Shield Of Superman.

This differs from The Logos Of Batman, which focused on shapes that appeared on covers as logos, but that Batman never wore (mixed in with a few movie/TV emblems that he did wear).

I attempt my best Doc Brown impression in this T-Shirts.com infographic comparing our upcoming 2015 to the one in Back To The Future Part II.

It designed & illustrated by Kate Lemke, who also designed this Alice In Wonderland character mapKate Horvat rounds out Team Kate, as we like to call ourselves. Or as I like to call ourselves. To…no one.
